Due to the constant Russian attacks on our energy, we have constant power outages. I will try to make your order as soon as possible, but making pipes requires electricity. 

It usually takes 5-7 days for my products to be made, but now it can take several weeks in an unfortunate scenario. Please take this into account when placing an order. If you select a product from the "ready to ship" category, it means that it has already been manufactured and will be shipped as soon as possible.

Remember that these are NOT tobacco pipes, these are cannabis pipes. Therefore, if you just need a tobacco pipe, you don't have to read further. A tobacco pipe is made from other materials and has different parameters. 

The size of the bowl and its capacity (the size of the space for the contents) are two different things. When I indicate the bowl-size of the pipe, I mean exactly the inner size of the bowl (the place for the contents). There may be a large heavy pipe with a small volume.

The size of the pipe bowl is a conditional concept. In all, pipes S-size are designed for the volume of one puff, M-size - two or three puffs, L-size - more puffs. But in the pipe there is a net with which you can vary the size of the inner bowl, in addition, you can fill the pipe tightly or not, pull the smoke strongly or weakly. That is, what will be one puff for one person will turn out to be several puffs for another. If you need exact dimensions of the bowl - ask me.

The size of the bowl depends on the preference of the user. If the contents are strong or the smoker is a beginner, then it makes sense to take a pipe with a small bowl (S). In cases where the contents are not strong, or a person likes "to be buried in the trash", or the pipe is intended for a company, then it is worth taking a pipe with a large bowl (L). In other cases, the pipe with the bowl medium size (M) is sufficient.

The length of the mouthpiece depends on personal preference. A long mouthpiece will keep the smoke cooler than a short one. In a very short mouthpiece the smoke will be hot. The extra long mouthpiece (over 25 cm) looks elegant but is difficult to care for. At your request, I can make a long mouthpiece with two screw-on parts so it will be easier to clean and can be used separately like two short mouthpieces.

The shape of the mouthpiece does not affect the result, but a strongly curved mouthpiece is harder to clean than a smooth or straight. Keep in mind that many pipes with curved mouthpieces cannot stand on the table, they will fall to one side. For many people it doesn't matter, but for many others it is important. If you don't know what to choose, then I recommend a straight mouthpiece 10-15 cm long.

My pipes are made of metal, so you need to be prepared that they will heat up when smoking, but since there is little content, the heating will not be strong. Massive pipes with a small capacity heat up less.

Some stoners like to mix cannabis smoke with air, especially if the smoke concentration is too high. For this purpose, in the pipe I can make a special hole – a carburetor – that can be closed with a finger if necessary, thereby changing the concentration and temperature of the smoke to your liking. Such a hole is made only by special request of the customer, otherwise it is absent by default.

The pipe lid does about the same function, in addition, it allows you to smoke in portions - if you close the lid, the smoldering stops. That is, smoking with a lid that is completely closed is usually impossible.

Bronze is an alloy of copper with tin and a small portion of other metals. Depending on the proportions and composition, the bronze alloy can have different shades - reddish, yellowish, whitish, even iridescent. The upper layer of bronze oxidizes in air and darkens over time, this color is called "the color of old bronze". The speed of color change depends on the surrounding space - on the humidity and composition of the air. 

In addition, protruding parts that experience friction from hands or other surfaces remain bright - so in street statues the parts that tourists like to grab hold of remain bright.
A newly made item, after polishing and blackening, has a lighter and more mirror-like appearance than one that has already stood for some time.

• If you ordered a finished item, it means that it was made some time ago and has already stood and acquired its final color (but it could have been photographed for the store immediately after production).
• If an item from your order is made for you, then it will begin to darken on the way to you, and the final color will receive already in your house.

You can always ask for a photo of the product you ordered to evaluate its color and quality.

My Items are made of bronze or silver, therefore they do not require any special care.

The bronze souvenirs and weed pipes can be washed with soap or dishwashing liquid. Do not use aggressive and abrasive agents because it will ruin the blackening.

The pipe should be looked after in the same way as for ordinary bronze/silver items. The set that we send, there is a special cleaning ramrod for pipe cleaning. If you wish you can use a small brush, but this is only suitable for short mouthpieces.
Do not stick the pipe into a fire for burning off dirt and soot.

Silver jewelry also need regular cleaning (especially earrings). Use special products to clean them and do not forget to remove jewelry when using household chemicals.

If these basic rules are followed, my souvenirs will last almost forever.

I can personalize the repeatable model for you and make it more special. Usually I first make a model from wax and at this stage you can suggest making small changes and personalization - for example, carve in a simple drawing (note, I'm not an artist!), or add text. If the item is already cast and completely finished (these are "ready to ship" items), then there are far fewer opportunities for personalization.
In this case, I can only make an engraving, and not all of my ready-made things will have free space for text.

I do custom-made items. It all depends on the imagination of the customer and my capabilities. I work only by hand, no 3D modeling and printing, so I can't do some things. But I can always offer a compromise option. Therefore, if you have ideas - suggest, we will discuss.

There are permanent and temporary discounts in the store.

1. Loyalty discounts 10% for repeat customers. Technically, this discount is not yet connected to the store, so if you qualify for it, please contact me. This discount is available to registered customers only.

2. Discounts 10% for finished goods. This is a permanent discount, but the products participating in it change as they are made and sold.

3. Territorial discount of 20-40% for citizens of Ukraine (with local delivery). In this case, I save on delivery and commissions, so I can please my compatriots.

4. Just discounts. These are short sales of 10-30%, timed to coincide with some event. If you want to grab them, then stay tuned.

5. In this store I am launching a new promotion - when you buy more than $ 250, you get a gift - a pipe-pot. If you made a purchase in another section and you do not need the pipe, contact me and I will make you a replacement for something suitable for you.

My things are hard enough to break, so they have a lifetime warranty. If you still managed to do this, you can send the broken item to me and I will repair it. It will be free, excluding transportation costs.

I accept returns for unsuitable items within one month of receipt. The item must be intact and free from traces of use. The money for the item will be refunded after it is returned. The money will be refunded in full minus transportation costs.

I make piece goods in single copies, but if you need a small batch, then I can do it.

You want to buy, and I want to sell, and I want the result to please us all and avoid any unpleasant surprises. I ship items Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means I've already factored all import duties and taxes into the price you see. So, I've had to increase my prices SLIGHTLY, but you won't have to pay anything extra when you receive your order.
The price you see at checkout is your final price.

You can pay for your order using Paypal or a payment card.
If you have chosen the "paypal payment" option, then you will be taken to the Paypal page and can pay immediately.
If you have chosen the "payment card" option, then we will be sent a request to create a link and you will be able to pay for the order only after you receive this link by email. 

Currently, our site does not display the progress of the payment, but you can always check it in your paypal account.

Now there is a war in our country, so there is a no-fly zone. All parcels are sent by ground transport to the European hub, and from there they are sent to the addressees. This delays delivery by a few days, so don't expect it to be as fast as before the war.
In addition, ordering express delivery does not make sense - you will win only a couple of days and express delivery will still take at least a week or 10 days.

The default is free slow shipping (14-28 days to USA and Europe, 4-8 weeks to Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Southeast Asia and Latin America). This delivery does not include tracking to all countries. If you need to receive your order faster, by a specific date or with mandatory tracking, you can order different options for expedited delivery. To do this, you need to buy a listing with the desired type of delivery in the "Delivery" section.

That is, in this case, there will be two items in your cart - the physical item that you have chosen and the delivery option. After submitting your order, you will receive a track and a link to the tracking page.

I live in Ukraine, so I speak Ukrainian well. But badly in all other languages (yes, and in English badly too). Therefore, I cannot speak to you via voice communication and can only communicate in text format with the help of my friend - a google-translator. You can use the store chat or messengers, just take into account the time for translating the text back and forth and the likely time difference between our countries.
