Every customer should be satisfied with their choice. If the item does not suit you, it can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Refund process: A refund is issued after the parcel is returned. The refund amount will be paid in full, minus shipping costs.
Exceptions: If the item was received in a damaged condition, the full cost will be refunded, including shipping costs.
Hidden defects: Some defects may only appear after use. Since international regulations and customs legislation prohibit the shipment of items if they contain even residual traces of marijuana, for your safety and ours, it is not required to return the pipe if it has been used. In case of a defect discovered during use, please provide a photo or video where the defect is clearly visible. Upon confirmation of the defect, a full refund will be issued or a replacement will be sent.
Exception: This warranty applies only to hidden manufacturing defects and does not apply to damage caused by dropping, improper use, or other mechanical impacts caused by the buyer.
