Terms of Service
Order processing: Orders are accepted for processing upon payment confirmation or by prior agreement. The item is dispatched only after full payment is received. For custom orders, payment terms are agreed upon separately before dispatch. Payment is accepted via PayPal or through link to third-party payment services.
Delivery: Delivery times depend on the recipient's country and the selected courier.
Customs duties:
For the USA: Orders are shipped via the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) system; all import duties and taxes are paid by the seller.
For other countries: DDP is used whenever possible, but since this is not feasible everywhere, it is recommended that the buyer clarifies the import rules in their region in advance and coordinates the most optimal option for reducing costs with the workshop.
Liability: PipeOClock is not responsible for any delays or losses caused by third-party shipping carriers or actions taken by customs authorities, but makes every effort to resolve the situation.
Privacy: Personal data provided during the order process is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and is not shared with third parties.
Dispute resolution: Any disputes are resolved through direct communication between the buyer and the seller.
