The item is made by hand, (without using computer technology) in accordance with the author’s sketch and is presented in a single copy. Copper (sails), bronze (ship hull) and shell were used to make it.
For the manufacture of this item has been hand carved model from wax. Then, using the lost vax method, a metal blank was cast, which was then installation, minted, ground and polished.
The last stage is patinated and final soft polished.
